The location was really good, right by the theatre. Everything felt so close! the staff were lovely, so kind. the room was beautiful, with lots of storage. The shower was also very good. i started my tour here and i loved every minute.
The kettle, tea bags, and milk were not provided in the room. I had to ask for them twice. it felt a bit bothersome, but it was quickly sorted. perhaps this could be improved , a small thing really! though.

My room had a Murano chandelier. The marble bathroom looked nice. I appreciated the artwork throughout the premises. It was great that famous people stayed here and left signed photos.
The room felt a bit dated and could use some updates. The shower wasn't good. Water sprayed everywhere. There was mould in some areas. I wonder if all hotels here have this problem.

The room lacked tea and coffee-making facilities. I needed to request them.

the location was indeed quite good. the staff was friendly.
The room was small, i felt a bit claustrophobic. it also smelled faintly of mold. the bathroom was tiny. It felt cramped and not very functional
